DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE IN MISSOURI'S 18TH DISTRICT
Hi, my name’s Wes Rogers, and I’m running to be your next state representative in the 18th District. I grew up in the Northland, and my wife, Laura, and I chose to raise our kids here. Laura and I are both products of Missouri’s public schools, from elementary school through graduate school. I graduated from law school and became an assistant prosecutor in Clay County, where I worked with local law enforcement to put violent criminals behind bars.
When I left the prosecutor’s office, I started a business with my brother and two other business partners. We bought the assets of a failing Kansas company, and we turned it into a growing Missouri company. In order to do that, we made hard choices: We invested when we needed to invest, and we made cuts when we needed to make cuts.
If elected to be your next state rep, I’ll bring my experience as a lifelong Northlander, as a former prosecutor, and as a small-business owner in Jefferson City. I look forward to earning your vote, I look forward to getting to know you, and remember: On November the 6th, it’s #YesforWes.
Hi, I'm Lauren Arthur. It's been the honor of my lifetime to represent the district where I grew up, the district that I love so much, in the Missouri State House. And there is one person who I trust to do a good job replacing me.
That person is Wes Rogers.
I'm so grateful that he decided to run. He's a former prosecutor, and he has great experience as a small business owner. He understands what it's like to fight for affordable health care and to make sure working families have a leg up and opportunity to succeed.
I am so happy to endorse Wes Roger, and I am supporting him in November. I am #YesforWes, and I ask you to support Wes, as well.
Successful kick-off party at Paul & Jack's.
Knocking on doors with mayoral candidate Phil Glynn.
Vote yes for Wes.
Standing room only — we appreciate the support!
